SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

All items take 5-7 business days to PROCESS, then it is an additional 2-3 days not including weekends to be SHIPPED this is NOT including holidays. We ship Monday to Friday. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number once payment is processed.

Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to be shipped during sales and holidays! 

We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself. Contact us and we will try to guide you the best we can. 

*PLEASE NOTE*

A Signature is required upon delivery for all orders unless selected at checkout no signature required. Otherwise your order may be returned back to us and you will be responsible for any further shipping fees. 

Please examine your package before signing for it!

We do NOT accept returns under any circumstances, unless a mistake have been made on our end. If so we will provide you with the accurate return address. Please select the correct products and put the correct shipping address prior to completing your order. We are only able to ship to the address provided during shipping. If there is a simple mistake in the shipping address an email must be sent to Info@Tychextensions.com within 5 hours of making the order to avoid shipping of package with incorrect information.

Email us at Info@Tychextensions with your order # in the subject line with any concerns or issues you have regarding your order. We usually respond quickly but please allow us at least 24 hours to reply. 

 Once your packages are shipped there is nothing we can do, you will have to contact the shipping courier for additional services or questions regarding your packages. If there is anything we can do on our end we will try to help as best as we can.
